Alice Cian (Udine, 1998) is a recent MA graduate with honours in International Cri-me, Justice, and Security at University of Bologna. Her research interest focuses on gender studies, countering terrorism and radicalization, and post conflict recon-struction. Her previous academic research focused on collective identities and ra-dicalization to Jihadism, gendered experiences in immigration detention, gender and partisan representation in governments. She is currently working on an article for the Defence Horizon Journal focusing on Security Sector Reform and gender inclusion.
